For students, we create opportunities for voice, belonging, and leadership through student engagement workshops and climate assessments that inform equity goals. We also engage the parent and caregiver community through listening sessions, family outreach strategies, and tools that strengthen school–home partnerships grounded in trust and cultural responsiveness.
